Rehearsals
Rehearsals are not included in our packages. You are welcome to add a rehearsal onto your booking. Please reach out to learn more about our various rehearsal and rehearsal dinner options.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
If we have to make the rain plan call, we will move your ceremony and all additional festivities into the Grand Ivory Room.
Day of Coordination
We provide each client with the services of a coordinator who is expertly trained both within our venue and at our sister company, Maddalena’s. This integrated approach allows for a seamless planning experience, where every detail is handled with ease and precision. With this dual expertise, you’ll experience a cohesive, stress-free process from start to finish, knowing that both sides of your event are expertly managed under one roof.
Decorations
No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used to hang decorations on the walls, floors, ceilings, or various fixtures. No glitter, decorations containing glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, artificial snow, flower petals (or the like) shall be permitted within the venue or upon the grounds. Regulations require that all candles must be enclosed in a vase or votive if lit.
