Rehearsals
A one hour rehearsal is included in your package, your coordinator will confirm available days and times thirty days out from the wedding.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options?
VBG is designed to host both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. If the projected forecast is less than ideal your ceremony can be moved indoors.
Venue Coordination
We provide each client with a dedicated venue coordinator who is thoroughly trained to deliver a seamless planning experience. Decorations
Decorations may not be hung in the venue. All decorations must be removed directly following the departure of the last guest. Any decorations arranged or set by a third-party must be removed on the same date as the event (unless special arrangements have been arranged by the Client with VBG prior to the Event Date).
Candles must be stationary and hurricane vases are recommended.
For all outdoor ceremonies and celebrations, only real flower petals may be used. Biodegradable, artificial, silk, or other non-natural petals are not permitted, as they do not break down properly and may create lasting debris or damage to the grounds. The client is responsible for ensuring that any vendors, guests, or coordinators follow this policy.
